Located in the heart of Valtiberina next to the historical centre of Sansepolcro, city famous in the world thanks to Piero della Francesca and his paintings, the hotel takes his name from the old Palio della Balestra, competition of croossbow against Gubbio played every 2nd Sunday of September and used to played for years by Tricca Family. Since 50 years we always dedicate maximum care in order to offer to our guests the best conditions for an ideal stay. The Restaurant joins to the Consortium of the “Road of Taste of Tuscany Valtiberina” for the development of the products of the territory. The menu is based on seasonal products. Egg pasta is home-made. The beef is of Chianina breed and come from area farms, with the certification of the “White Bowl of Central Apennines” customized for our restaurant at every delivery. Vegetables arrive daily from the Trebbio garden of the farm, Paola Perugini, tied to our family, guaranteeing genuineness and freshness.
The restaurant has different rooms, an outdoor veranda and also offers special menus for celiacs, vegetarians and children.
