La casa che risale al 1700, è stata recentemente ristrutturata ed i proprietari hanno cercato di rispettare l’ambiente utilizzando materiali del luogo, pietra, cotto Impruneta. Le coibentazioni sono naturali, di sughero e il castagno è stato scelto per le finestre e le porte.
Attualmente la villa può ospitare 14 persone, disponendo di ampi spazi. Al pianto terreno un luminoso porticato con tavoli e sedie in ferro battuto per pranzare al fresco, dal porticato si accede alla cucina ben accessoriata e alla sala da pranzo, un disimpegno e antibagno, una camera matrimoniale con bagno.

Sempre con accesso dal porticato si trova un appartamento completo di camera matrimoniale, bagno e cucina destinati ai diversamente abili. Al piano rialzato salone e vasto terrazzo, tre camere con bagno e ingresso verso la piscina. Infine, nelle torrette da cui si gode una bella vista, due incantevoli camere matrimoniali con bagno.

L’arredamento è sobrio ed elegante, i materassi sono in materiale anallergico.

Fuori, nel parco di querce secolari si trovano in mezzo ai fiori la grande piscina 18×6 con scala romana e doccia calda e fredda, il barbecue in muratura con i tavoli ed i gazebo.

In alto, fuori del giardino recintato, il parcheggio coperto, il campetto da calcio, il bosco per passeggiare o giocare nel campo da bocce, o a ping pong, tirare con l’arco e per i più piccoli il parco giochi. Completano i servizio le bici a disposizione degli ospiti, il locale lavanderia e stireria, il locale per giocare a calcio balilla, il piccolo ristorantino a disposizione degli ospiti che richiedono cene tipiche o che vengono a Ferraguzzo per celebrare eventi e matrimoni.
